She came from Bangkok. She wanted "just the buried-suture method," but on examination she was using her forehead muscles hard to open her eyes. It was ptosis — a weak levator.
If you only build a crease on eyes like this, you get the crease and the eye stays just as small. And the forehead lines keep coming. So I explained it and we corrected the ptosis at the same time.
In exchange, I did not set the crease high. I kept the width natural, as she asked.
These are at two months. The biggest change is that her forehead no longer strains when she opens her eyes. Swelling lasted about three weeks.
